Personally designed by Chef Roberto, Voilá Bistro was created for seamless indoor-outdoor dining. In the remnants of an 1860’s hacienda - known as a notorious bordello in the naughty 1920’s - the 35-seat, air-conditioned “Cyclone Room” is the center of this now contemporary space. On the airy patio set amidst towering palms, fabulous lazy lunches and decadent relaxing dinners are served aside the beautifully crafted bar sheltered by a traditional Baja California palo de arco pergola.

In the evening, lounge around the fire pit with your favorite libation, groove to the sounds of world music and live jazz, and take in the best of San Jose del Cabo’s hot restaurant, dining and nightlife scene.

A San Jose del Cabo restaurant themed to your tastes and paired to your budget, Voilá Bistro’s group options for seated or buffet-style events range from private affairs in our air-conditioned Cyclone Room, to 100 guests on our spacious patio. Our setting and flexible layout is perfect for wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate events, family reunions, and dine-arounds. Combined maximum capacity using Plaza Paulina’s art-filled spaces and Voilá’s patio is 250 guests.
