Owner and Executive Chef Roberto Valle . . .

. . . brings more than twenty years of culinary expertise and talent to Voilá Bistro & Catering. A born host and restaurateur, his love of the kitchen was fueled by his family's cook, Julia. Her years in Puebla’s restaurants served Roberto well and soon he became known for elaborately themed dinner parties. After majoring in business, Chef Roberto became a contributing force in the success of La Salsa Mexican Grill in Southern California, and founded Zest Catering in San Diego. In 2001, he received his Gran Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. After spending several years in Manhattan as a restaurateur, caterer, and event planner, Chef Roberto accepted the position of Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager at Querencia, an exclusive private residential golf resort in Los Cabos. Voilá Bistro & Catering was founded in 2003.
